What is an editor seat?

Plans are priced per person who can edit. Viewers and commenters are free on every plan.

Is there a free trial?

Team and Business can be tried free for 14 days, once per workspace, with no card. Afterwards the workspace returns to its plan.

What happens at a limit?

WeDraw tells you which limit you reached and how to lift it. Nothing is deleted: boards over a limit stay readable and can be made smaller.

Do you add VAT or sales tax?

Where the law requires it. Business customers can add a VAT or tax id to their invoices (reverse charge in the EU where it applies).

Monthly or yearly?

Either; yearly costs about a quarter less. Promotion codes are accepted at checkout.

Education and non-profits?

Teachers and students get Team features free once verified; registered non-profits pay half. Apply from Settings › Plan & billing.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes, on Enterprise: a contract, purchase orders, invoices with payment terms, an SLA and a security review.

Can we run it ourselves?

WeDraw can be self-hosted; Enterprise includes support for doing so.
