Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE] · Operator: [COMPANY, legal entity] · Governing law: [JURISDICTION] · Contact: [legal@…]

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the WeDraw service operated by [COMPANY] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. [Add: capacity/age, acceptance mechanics, changes-to-terms notice period.]

2. The free campaign

During the launch campaign the service is provided free of charge; editing is enabled for accounts in a free-campaign workspace until the campaign end date. We may change or end the campaign, and change pricing afterward, on [notice period] notice. After the campaign, workspaces degrade to read-only rather than losing data unless you choose a paid plan. [Confirm the exact post-campaign terms, auto-renewal (if any), and refund policy.]

2a. Paid plans, trials and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance per editor seat, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider (Stripe). A trial, where offered, is free and ends without charge unless a plan is chosen. Seat changes are prorated. Plan limits (boards, objects, storage, seats, AI credits) are described on the pricing page; reaching a limit never deletes content. Taxes (VAT / sales tax) are added where the law requires. [Add: renewal and cancellation terms, refund policy, price-change notice, late payment, education / non-profit eligibility, Enterprise order forms and invoicing terms, the SLA and its credits.]

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for your account and its activity. Do not misuse the service (unlawful content, infringement, abuse, attempts to breach security or other tenants’ data, excessive automated load). [Add the full AUP, takedown process, and enforcement/suspension rights.]

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, back up, and display it to the people you share it with. [Add: licence scope, sharing model, feedback licence, content responsibility, DMCA/notice-and-takedown.]

5. Availability, warranties, liability

[Insert the service-availability statement, “as is” disclaimer, and limitation-of-liability and indemnity clauses appropriate to [JURISDICTION]. This section materially affects risk and must be drafted by counsel.]

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for erasure). We may suspend or terminate for breach. [Add survival, effect of termination, data-retention window.]

7. Changes & contact

We will post changes here and, for material changes, notify you. Questions: [contact].
